Software engineering studio

Custom software, built to fit how your business already works.

Web, mobile and AI, built by three engineers who talk to you directly — from the first call to the day it goes live.

Typical engagements

  • Internal tool replacing a spreadsheet4–8 weeks
  • Document or email processing pipeline3–6 weeks
  • Integration between two systems2–4 weeks
  • Discovery and written scope1 week

No bench. No handoffs. Three people taking a small number of projects, so yours isn’t queued behind five others.

What we do

Two things, done properly.

Most work falls into one of these. Often it starts as the first and turns into both.

01

Custom software builds

The internal tool, the customer portal, the thing your spreadsheet quietly became. Built to fit how you actually work, running on infrastructure you own.

  • Web applications and internal tools
  • Mobile apps, iOS and Android
  • Customer portals and reporting dashboards
  • Replacing manual and spreadsheet workflows
  • APIs between systems that don’t talk to each other

02

AI & automation integration

Most AI projects fail because they start with the model. We start with the workflow — find where the hours actually go, then automate that part and measure whether it worked.

  • Document, email and form processing
  • Assistants grounded in your own data
  • Automation across the tools you already pay for
  • Evaluations, so you can tell if it’s working

Who you’re hiring

Three full-stack engineers. That’s the whole company.

No offices, no management layer, nobody on the invoice who isn’t building. That is most of the reason our quotes come in under an agency’s — you’re paying for build time, not for the org chart around it.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

You see working software early and often — not a status deck.

01

Scope

The first conversation is about the problem, not the technology. You get a written scope: what’s in, what’s out, what it costs.

02

Build

Short cycles with something running at the end of each one. You can use it, break it, and change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

03

Ship

It goes live on infrastructure in your name, with the keys handed over. No dependency on us to keep it running.

04

Hand over

Documentation and a walkthrough as standard. Ongoing support if you want it — never because you’re stuck with us.

What you can hold us to

Fewer promises, kept.

You talk to the people building it

No account manager relaying your requirements to someone you’ll never meet. There are three of us, and all three write code.

You own everything

Code in your repositories, infrastructure in your accounts, from day one. Walking away should cost you nothing but the work already done.

Fixed scope before a line is written

You approve what’s being built and what it costs before the build starts. Changes are priced as changes, not absorbed silently into a slipping deadline.

Honest about fit

If something off-the-shelf solves your problem, we’ll say so and point you at it. A short honest answer is worth more than a long engagement.

Tell us what’s slow, manual, or held together with spreadsheets.

A first conversation costs nothing and usually clarifies the problem either way.
